Heating System Composition And Types

In the cold winter, not only the outdoor temperature is very low, but also the home is always cold. At this time, the existence of a heating system is very important. Therefore, when decorating a new house, many people will install a heating system in their home early, so that they will have no fear when the cold winter comes. However, the heating system is composed of some different parts and comes in many forms. So what are the components of the heating system? What types of heating systems are there?

What Are The Components Of A Heating System?

1. Boiler: A boiler is a device used to heat and provide hot water. Currently, the most common one in the market is the gas forced exhaust wall-mounted boiler, which is very convenient to use.

2. Manifolds: The role of the Manifolds is to divert hot water to various areas that require heating. Generally, Manifolds can be divided into two types: manual and automatic.

3. Heat dissipation device: As the name suggests, a heat dissipation device is a device that can transfer and dissipate the heat of hot water, so as to better meet the needs of heating. There are two common forms of heat dissipation devices, namely floor Radiant heating is also known as floor heating; the other is wall heating.

4. Temperature control system: The temperature control system mainly consists of three parts. One is the boiler linkage thermostat, which can control the automatic operation of the wall-mounted boiler according to the indoor temperature. It also has a timed on and off function, which is very convenient. The second is the sub-water collector linkage thermostat, which can control the electric actuator switch on the sub-water collector according to the indoor temperature to meet the temperature of each heating area, and is mostly used for floor heating. The third is the automatic thermostatic valve, which mainly sets the temperature based on the thermostatic valve and is generally used in radiator heating.

What Types Of Heating Systems Are There?

1. Ordinary hot water heating system. This is a particularly common home heating system currently, and generally has a vertical single-pipe system, a double-pipe system, or a single-double pipe system.

2. Floor radiant heating system. Radiant floor heating system is floor heating. Installing floor heating at home can greatly improve the comfort of the home environment. It is currently an ideal form of home heating.

3. Hot air heating system. The hot air heating system is an organized ventilation system, mainly located at the heater in the basement. The working principle is to heat the outdoor cold air and then send it to each room in the home through the air ducts pre-installed in the wall. The air in the bedroom will be discharged to the outside through the kitchen and bathroom respectively. Relatively speaking, hot air heating systems consume more energy and are more expensive.

4. Heating cable and electric heating film heating system. This is a form of heating that has only emerged in recent years. Its thermal efficiency is higher and safer than traditional heating forms.

5. Mirror-mounted line heating radiator. It is a special cast iron radiator. No pipes or radiators can be seen indoors, which greatly increases the indoor use area. Moreover, this heating system uses a horizontal series system, which saves energy through heat flow billing.

It can be seen that it is precisely because of the widespread use of heating systems that it provides a lot of convenience to people’s lives. Even in the cold winter, the home living environment will be very comfortable. However, now there are many forms of heating systems. It is still necessary for everyone to have a detailed understanding and combine it with the actual situation of the home to determine a more suitable heating system.
