  1. The heat dissipation pipe is made of high-quality cold-rolled low-carbon steel pipes (with a carbon content of<0.25%), with a smooth and clean surface, fine and uniform pipe wall structure, excellent welding performance, and good pressure and corrosion resistance.
  2. Adopting the internationally leading “CNC double gas shielded welding production platform” for assembly welding, the welding quality is acceptable.
  3. Surface shot blasting: Adopting a professional radiator fully automatic shot blasting production line, through high-speed shot blasting treatment, the surface of the radiator achieves good adhesion performance while achieving superhardening effect.
  4. Surface polishing: Special polishing abrasives are used to finely polish the surface of the heating radiator after shot blasting, making it smooth and clean, further improving the adhesion of the radiator surface during spraying.
  5. Spraying process: The fourth generation fully automatic electrostatic spraying production line imported from the UK uses imported UV resistant fully polymerized cool plastic powder. After 40 minutes of high temperature baking at 230C, the heating radiator surface achieves industrial effect, with strong scratch resistance, dust prevention, and acid resistance.
